Someone Else's Living Room

CasaOrnella presents an immersive design installation that explores the intersection of contemporary art, interior design, luxury furniture, and residential living. Titled *Social Animal. No One Can Judge Me*, the project transforms a domestic apartment into a living exhibition space where design, architecture, art, and human interaction coexist.
At the heart of the installation, the living room showcases the iconic Les Baguettes sofa by Softhouse, creating a sophisticated focal point within a carefully curated contemporary interior. Premium ceramic surfaces by Cerasarda connect each area of the apartment, demonstrating the power of Italian craftsmanship, luxury materials, and timeless design. Architectural lighting by CorpoLuce and Fotone Design enhances the atmosphere, shaping the experience through light, shadow, and spatial transitions that define modern residential interiors.
The contemporary art exhibition features a diverse selection of works by internationally recognized artists. Tatiana Brodatch's life-size sculpture introduces a compelling human presence, blurring the boundaries between reality, art installation, and domestic life. Alessandro Florio's striking human-animal hybrid sculpture explores themes of identity, mythology, transformation, and contemporary culture. Additional artworks by Michele Chiocciolini, Ludovica Lugli, Sébastien Nôtre, Giuseppe Palermo, and Abreham Brioschi are integrated throughout the apartment, encouraging visitors to discover art organically within the living environment.
More than a design showcase, CasaOrnella functions as an experiential art installation where visitors become active participants. The space evolves through movement, conversation, observation, and interaction, demonstrating how contemporary design, collectible art, luxury interiors, and social engagement can transform a private residence into a dynamic cultural destination.
*Social Animal. No One Can Judge Me* redefines the concept of a design exhibition by positioning the home itself as a platform for contemporary art, interior architecture, creative expression, and human connection. In this immersive environment, visitors are not simply spectators—they become an integral part of the installation, bringing the space to life through their presence and participation.
